Rest assured, you're not in trouble if a piece from a Lego® set goes missing. We completely understand that accidents happen, and pieces can sometimes be lost. If you notice a piece is missing, please inform us before returning the set by using our Contact Us page. We appreciate your prompt communication in these instances.

In many cases, for missing pieces, where the collective weight is under 10 grams, we are able to replace them from our collection of spare Lego® pieces. We offer this service at no additional cost to you. It’s quite common for a piece or two to go missing, especially after disassembling a set or during enthusiastic play sessions.

We conduct thorough checks on every set upon its return. However, if a set is returned with missing pieces that collectively weigh over 10 grams, or if the missing piece is a rare item that’s challenging for us to replace, we will need to charge for the cost of the replacement pieces. Additionally, an administration fee of $8 will be applied to cover the efforts involved in restoring the set to its complete form.

Please note that until these costs are covered, we won’t be able to dispatch any new sets to you. This policy helps us ensure that every set we provide is complete and ready for enjoyment by the next member.
