Upgrading Your Subscription Plan Tier
If you decide to upgrade your subscription plan, rest assured that the process is seamless and requires no additional action on your part. As soon as you upgrade, you're free to enhance your Wishlist with a broader selection of sets that are now available to you under your new plan.
Upgrading to a higher-tier yearly plan will incur a prorated charge. For example, if you upgrade 9 months into your subscription year, you will be billed for the remaining 3 months at the upgraded plan rate. This difference in cost will be charged to the card on file.
For instance, if you upgrade from the Brick Lite plan to the Brick Explorer plan, you gain access to a wider variety of sets, including medium-sized ones. This upgrade immediately expands the range of sets you can choose from for your Wishlist.
It’s important to note that after upgrading, your current rented sets need to be returned before we can dispatch any new ones from your Wishlist. Therefore, it’s a great idea to update your Wishlist with the newly available sets as soon as your upgrade is complete. This way, you ensure that once your current sets are returned, the next sets you receive are those that you're most excited about from your expanded options.
By keeping your Wishlist up-to-date post-upgrade, you maximize the benefits of your new subscription tier and enjoy a wider variety of Lego® sets tailored to your preferences.
You can make changes to your plan any time by going to Settings > Plan > Change Plan.
Downgrading Your Subscription Plan Tier
If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, it's important to be aware of the changes that will affect your current rentals. Within 14 days of downgrading, you'll need to return any sets that are no longer included in your new, lower-tier plan.
For example, if you switch from the Brick Explorer plan to the Brick Lite plan, you lose access to medium-sized sets. Consequently, any medium sets in your Wishlist will automatically be removed. More importantly, any medium sets you currently have must be returned to us. Please note that small sets, which are included in both plans, won't be affected by this change.
Switching to a less expensive yearly plan will result in a prorated refund. For instance, if you downgrade after 9 months of your subscription year, the cost difference for the last 3 months, based on the lower-tier plan rate, will be credited back to your card on file within 30 days.
In case we don't receive a tracking notification indicating the return of the ineligible set(s) within 14 days after your plan downgrade, we will have to charge the credit card associated with your account. This charge will be the market price of the unreturned set(s), plus an additional 15% of the set's value as a restocking fee.
Furthermore, until the account is fully settled and all outstanding issues are resolved, we won't be able to dispatch any new sets to you. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to maintain a wide selection of sets for all our subscribers.
To avoid any unwanted charges and ensure a smooth transition to your new plan, please promptly return any sets that are not included in your downgraded plan and update your Wishlist accordingly.

Cancelling Your Subscription
You have the option to cancel your BrickDrop.co subscription at any time, with no minimum contract requirements for set rentals. We understand that everyone's needs vary, and we strive to offer maximum flexibility.
Upon canceling your subscription, it's important to return any currently rented sets within 14 days of submitting your cancellation request. We value your experience with us and regret to see you leave, but we respect your decision and aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
If we do not receive a tracking notification for the return of your rented sets within 14 days of your cancellation, we will be compelled to charge the credit card linked to your account. This charge will include the market price of each unreturned set, plus a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for each set. Please be aware that failure to settle this charge may lead to the outstanding amount being forwarded to a collections agency.
In the case of canceling a quarterly or yearly plan, we offer a prorated refund provided all existing rentals are returned. This means that if you cancel your subscription 9 months into the annual plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining 3 months. This refund will be processed and credited to the card on file within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
We aim to ensure that your experience with us, even when ending your subscription, is as convenient and stress-free as possible.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Plan > Cancel subscription.
Forced Cancellation
Failure to process payment three times, will automatically result in a forced cancellation. All the requirements of cancelling your subscription stated above, apply. If you wish to resolve the payment, your service can continue with a valid card on file before the 14 day following the cancellation.
Additionally, Brick Drop Co LLC reserves the right to cancel any subscription following harassment or miss use of our service by any customer without prior notification.
